Curtiss, sent a message to Nigel Travis Chairman and CEO, Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. – email address that said:
In June 2016, as they have for two years, the local Dunkin Donuts store on Signal Mtn Rd , Chattanooga TN promised the Lions Club Raffle 4 gift cards for 1 dozen donuts each. The raffle tickets are printed with all the prizes listed, and will be awarded on Labor Day.
Today we are told by Al , that these gift cards will not be honored.
Please help the Lions resolve this problem.
