Robert sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
In March of this year I called Centurylink and was given a quote of $26.94 including tax for 24 months of internet service. In May the monthly charges had risen to $28.94, even though that was not what I had been quoted. So I called again and was told that $28.94 would now be my monthly fee for the rest of my term. Even though this was more than the original quote I did not complain. Now I am paying $38.94. When I called the retention team I was told that this was my new price, even though this is not what I was told when I signed up. I want to pay the price of $28.94, if not $26.94, that I was quoted. Centurylink should honor their commitments. I appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you.
