Margaret sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
In November I contacted customer service to discuss the opportunity of keeping my bill the same. Upon reaching customer service I was advised there was NO value to retaining me as a customer when every year I call to keep my same rate. I am a 25+ year customer and found the person's comment unacceptable. I requested a manager who quickly apologized but was not able to keep my current rate. I agreed to pay an additional $15.00 as that was the least amount. Today I reviewed my statement and it is now showing an increase of $60.00. It is my hope you will receive and read this complaint from a loyal customer and make necessary adjustments. I did ask too if the call was recorded because it should have been used for training on how NOT to treat customers.
