Irsquo;m writing in hopes that you will understand my concern and if possible assist – Alex Gorsk email address

Tim Huffman sent a message to Alex Gorsky Chairman and CEO of Johnson Johnson Email Address that said:

Im writing in hopes that you will understand my concern and if possible assist.

I was diagnosed with a DVT on 9/13/17 and was at the emergency room until 2am waiting to be seen. The doctor sent me directly to the Pharmacy (at 2am) to pick up Xarelto. I was in a lot of pain and desperate. The Pharmacist let me know that the prescription was expensive acknowledged that I was in a lot of pain and it was late, he let me know that he would fill the prescription and if I found a coupon later he would accept the coupon.

I later found that Xarelto offers CarePath so I called the Pharmacist but found that I couldnt use my Care Path ID since the date was after I picked up the prescription. I called Carepath, they said they would see if Leadership would make an adjustment. I called back today and found that my request was not approved.

My Carepath ID is 98332526608 Group 99992235.

Im writing in hopes that something can be done. I went through a really hard time dealing with my DVT. The day of diagnosis I started my day at around 5am, worked out of town all day, flew home, arrived home about 6pm. From there I went to a Doctor, then an ultrasound specialist, from there the ER. I didnt see the ER doctor until after 1am. From there I went to the Pharmacy and had my prescription filled at 2:22am on 9/14/17. I cant stress enough my physical and mental state was less than ideal.

I would greatly appreciate any further consideration in approving my Carepath start date backdated to my initial prescription date of 9/14/17 at 2:22am.

Best Regards,
