Jane sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:
It is much to my dismay to even be sending this email, but the business that I have received from your customer service agents is unreal! I have been a good customer for many years and I refuse to take the disrespect and dishonesty from some of your service reps. Someone actually should be loosing their job really. Dishonestly and lack of doing their jobs is enough to fire the. I placed an order and the order had two items, one the pajamas were never receivex. The bag came with one item. I immediately emailed customer servise and they said they would issue a credit. That was over a moth ago. Since that time I have emailed but to my dismay no credit just a bunch of different answers. I didn't get the item which is kohls fault and I do not have my money back. Please check into this, as I have never dealt or had a problem with kohls before but someone is not doing their job. I work hard for my money and I am assuming that if your paying employees you would except the same from them. I expect to be refunded.....you can read the emails and I would like this done asap cause it is not real fair to treat your customers this way.....and I'm sure there are other people out there who have dealth with this Costner service person and are curious as well.
