Nancy sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation that said:
I've been a fan of Target since your store in Commack, NY opened. I am not a fan of Target on line orders. I've spent many hours tracking my order. I purchased 2 pairs of boots for my grandchildren on December 9th. I spoke to a man on your 800 number and he didn't know how to handle my problem. My son moved in June. I changed the address on line to his new address. I have since learned you can't change the address. You have to delete the old address, then enter the new address. UPS refers me back to Target. Nancy Could you please track down the order or refund on my credit card. I'd prefer to get the boots. Thank you
