stephanie sent a message to Joseph H. Boardman – CEO, Amtrak – Email Address that said:

Ive been an Amtrak employee since 1993 and I recently went on medical leave due to sprained ankle and torn muscle in my foot in February 2016. I was treated and was cleared by my Podiatrist and my primary doctor to return to work as of April 8th, 2016. I have recently taken two separate test with Amtrak's Physicians, one in April and the other in May 2016, and I'm still waiting to return to work. Keep in mind that I am not getting paid while I wait for Amtrak to figure out all the technicalities for my return to work. I got a return call from Mr Jack Rich who was loud and rude and stated that the soonest I can return to work is June 1st, 2016. When I suggested that Amtrak pay me while I wait for their decision, he cut me off and refused to listen to reason. If I could just make enough money to pay my bills which are due the 1st of June, I'll be fine. But its been almost 2months since I was cleared to return. that's not fair to me. thank you for your attention. Respectfully, Stephanie
