I’ve been dealing with an issue in regards to a used vehicle I purchased that – Craig Monaghan email address

Noah sent a message to Craig Monaghan – President and Chief Executive Officer of Asbury Automotive Group – Email Address that said:

I've been dealing with an issue in regards to a used vehicle I purchased that had hidden issues that I was not told about at Jacksonville Coggin Ford. I've been dealing with this issue for a month now and my wife needs that vehicle for her business. We are losing money and getting no where with the dealership. I can't afford to fix a vehicle that I purchased in trust that it would at the least be mechanically sound. The general manager RJ seems to want to help as long as the dealership doesn't have to pay anything to do so. Jeff Willis is trying his best to find another suitable replacement for a one for one trade but keeps telling me they don't have anything to offer. I need resulution on this issue as soon as possible. If someone from the corporate office could call me that would be great. I feel like I'm getting no where with RJ and when we are talking his tone implies that it's not his responsibility and its my fault and ignorance for purchasing an AS -IS vehicle. I came to a reputable dealership out of trust that business practices would be ethical and I wouldn't have to worry about being sold a vehicle with major mechanical issues.
