I've been dealing with an issue with your furniture department for over a year. Every time my wife or I call someone seems to incorrectly key/communicate/note the account and it results in us having to continue to wait for a resolution. Most recently, we called 12 days ago to have this furniture picked up. When I called today to follow up, they said that Cynthia didn't correctly send the pick up request. I can go on and on. I would love to speak with someone who can help with this issue. Thanks
