James sent a message to Doug McMillon CEO, Walmart that said:

I've been trying for hours to talk to an executive who oversees Money cards. I'm trying to stop payment on a charge placed on my card . After being told the item had not been posted any other could simply stop payment. This is the kind of service Mastercard has advertised they offer their customers. Your organization does not for some reason, probably greed, give customers any kind of real time access to this. I've tried for hours to contact the executive at walmart who oversees this department without success. Is this how SAM Walton would have treated a customer,I think not. If you really care about individual customer call me the e mail address is an account I can't open anymore, I included it to write this. I'd appreciate a call from YOU but am not expecting it because I'm not important enough to warrant any kind of response from you,maybe if i WAS POLITICIAN YOU'VE CONTRIBUTED TO I'd get a response. This is time sensitive as if the item is posted without a stop order from your office the money will be gone DO YOU CARE or are statements to the contrary in the press just so much PR? James
