I’ve been trying to get a modification from CitiMortgage since my husbands death in June – Jane Fraser email address

Josephine sent a message to Jane Fraser CEO, CitiMortgage – email address that said:
ive been trying to get a modification from CitiMortgage since my husband's death in June of 2008. During this time I've sent in as many as 6 death certificates. Over this period they then started sending correspondence to me with the word "Deceased" after my husband's name. Two years later they seemed to ressurect my husband and ive started getting offers in the mail for my dead husband. When i brought this to CitiMortgage's attention - after a while I stated getting calls saying that i was dead. it seems that thry are waiting for me to die rather than give me the modification. This request for a modification has lasted almost eight years! i need help to get this done. My current rep with CitiMortgage is Richard.  It is a VA loan.
