I've been trying to get someone from PayPal to help, but unfortunately that hasn't been able to happen. My account is on permanent restriction for not following "paypal my cash policy". It is unfair to hold my money for 180 days. To my understanding it is not legal for money transmitters to hold people's money for that amount of time. Please help release my funds. Thank you.
