Ive been waiting for a response from you as I have sent a few e mails about your service. The latest email involved Lukas calling me back and stating I would get an appointment this week, guaranteed. He transferred me and I did not get an appointment until 4 26..This is ridiculous. If you look up my account you will see I made numerous calls and have been a loyal customer since 1979..I have called your office but I dont know if you get the calls yourself. Please help..Thank you
