I've been with centurylink since 2007, I recently moved and put in to have my services transferred, I scheduled to be up and running June 4th, after not receiving my service I was informed I would have to reschedule, I did so and was to be up and running June 15th. After several calls to find out why I still had no service as of June 15th I was given several transfers talked to many different centurylink employees and still no service. The technician noted that he needed a drop line, HE'S A TECHNICIAN IT'S HIS JOB TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES!!! Needless to say his supervisor was supose to call my cell phone to get yhis issue resolved. He never called. After waiting 16 days with no centurylink services I called to cancel all the services I had with centurylink. I am appalled at the lack of caring from you customer service personnel to your management. I will be reporting to the better business Bureau as well as the Iowa Utilities Board. CenturyLink would rather loose customers that to make the employees do thier job. Furthermore you should read ALL the complaints on your Facebook page, I would be embarrassed.
