I’ve contacted your group twice and yet no answer on my email! – Stephen H Rusckowski email address

Tim sent a message to Stephen H. Rusckowski – President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Diagnostics – Email Address that said:
I've contacted your group twice and yet no answer on my email!
All I want to know if this is truly my bill and if it can you email me saying it is so I can pay it I never got a bill only a call.
When you call you stay on hold more then 20 minutes.
Or can you put my name on the bill so i have proof it was mine and have receipt saying so that all i want, But i never get anything back from your company.
