I’ve had such a horrible experience with my recent order with toysrus.. Af – Antonio Urcelay email address

Deborah  sent a message to Antonio Urcelay Chairman and CEO, Toys R Us, Inc. that said:

I've had such a horrible experience with my recent order with toysrus.. After ordering my grandson's Christmas gift I received it damaged. It took three calls to finally get the correct shipping label. Then I never received a confirmation and I called two more times to see when I would expect the replacement. I mailed the damaged item on December 6 and then on December 16 I received an email that toysrus received returned item on December 15. Since that time I've received two emails requesting that I return the damaged item. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with not a very sharp lady. I just received another email on December 23 reminding me again. What idiots. I will never purchase anything from toysrus. No one should ever have to go through this kind of service. This has been a nightmare and I've shared my experience with all my family and friends.
