I've had the pleasure of being a loyal customer and family of Capital One for several years and I'm reaching out to you to ask if the late payments on my credit reporting for Capital one can be removed. I suffered a financial hardship for a few years but I have always been loyal to striving to be a great customer and since I've overcome the hardship, I have been made great stride to keep all my payments current and making more than the minimum payment due. As a goodwill, I am trying to raise my credit score but these negative listings on my credit report is causing a detrimental hardship for me to move forward. I currently have two accounts with Capital One in great standing. Therefore, I respectfully request that you remove this negative listing from my report as a gesture of goodwill. Your willingness and understanding to my situation means the world to me. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
