I've send other emails complaining about your 2 for 1 sales. I don't usually need two of the same item! This time I just wanted a local university shirt for my nephew's birthday - doesn't need two of same shirt. Can't you just marked the individual items down like you did in the past? Luckily I looked online before trucking to the store and once again being frustrated. Once again you've lost a sale and maybe more since because while in the store I might have found other items to purchase. Do you personally shop for two shower curtains etc.? Understand your stores are in financial trouble - try listening to your (former) customers!
