I’ve spent the last 8 months trying to get a refund from a training class – Michael J Massey email address

Ben sent a message to Michael J. Massey – Chief Executive Officer and President of PetSmart, Inc. – Email Address that said:

I've spent the last 8 months trying to get a refund from a training class your store cancelled on me after 3 classes. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with from a retail store and it's left me feeling like you stole from me and then spit in my face. I've dealt with 3 managers, a phone representative..tried to talk to your Facebook message, and I've yet to get a solution.

I also believe this class was filledamaged while all along knowing your trainer was going to quithe after doing some research on my own. I came in 2 months later as I was told I would need my receipt. I couldn't find my receipt as I didn't plan on having to return my freaking training class. Finally they find it on my pet smart card. Then I'm told they have to verify with the front office. Then the next time I have time to come by this store to inquire again I'm told I can only get credit back on the card it was charged with. This card was compromised and I have been issued a new number.

I refuse this solution as I will never spend another dime in your store. I've been given the runaround for 8 months. I've been treated rudely by your management team not once but twice. I was mocked and asked why I've waited this long for a refund when it's in fact your company that has run me around for 8 months. I can't believe you have the audacity to treat customers this way.

I will and have already begun to take this experience to every review site i can findo. You are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with and your should be ashamed of yourself. I will not accept store credit and I will not be forced to work out a solution with the very lady (dawn) who treated me like dirt. I'm also going to contact the news...local shelters...dog daycares..everyone I can to make sure I can influence as many people as possible to never purchase from your dishonest sham of a business. You should be ashamed of yourself.
