I've worked for Target 12 years 4 months . Working at Target on North Dale Mabry in Carrolwoods Tampa Fla Bougt a home hours cut in half told is get them back in March still didn't in July Home in short sale. Then hurt my back went to we said it was a bad spasm so went back to work light duty for at least a week. Day I went to ER went to Target on a Sunday I was leaning on a cart Saturday to get to car. Tim said I couldn't fill out a incident report my back had been hurting for awhile Sunday morn I couldn't walk talk or breath intense pain, so again back to work then back to re leg swollen n numb referee to ortho surgeon that found I had disc 3 or 4 out of spine my store t l doesn't want papers filled out for w comp, another team member fell at work fractured her nose n No One even asked how she was when she returned let alone fill out the incident report. I've been to pain management before having surgery Dr. Cronin recommended it first. The person at AON messed up n sent the fax for Dr to fill out 3 times which I figured out by calling the phone number, Andrew had been handwringing my case so even though they knew he messed up I had to file an appeal because that's the way Target does it, them my Dr office sent in claim using office code instead of Dr Ramirez Code so second appeal n then I spoke w lawyer about W Comp n after that n me calling hotline about all the mess ups from my hr Emily AON n everyone involved after not getting a disability check now for 15 approx weeks they cancelled my insurance. Was to have the nerves burnt on 28 Dec drove back w my son who was helping take care of me in N C all the way to Georgia n Bain Wellness called n said called 4 times to put in for procedure n my insurance had been cancelled so I spent another 2 1/2 to 3 hours talking to so many people that couldn't help n didn't know why. My other son got a text my phone was shut down for awhile n it's Target saying they want to help me w my back surgery, and when I later went to Dr off Yargets choice the Dr recommended me to ortho surgeon I asked for paperwork n if they would send to Segwick they said I didn't need any paperwork n a Dr office affiliated w them would call which never did n Sedgwick didn't like the findings of their Dr n told me to go back again I didn't even have gas money n later found out they should of paid for it bottom line they do everything to discredit my serious injury I am also treated for severe PTSD Severe Anxiety and Depression all this mess has made that so much worse and I just had another SEVERE back spasm this past week n couldn't go to get help w no insurance so I need you to step in and help n change a few ridiculous protocols. I can't see my physiatrist also Lost my house my mother n no help from my company Target please do let me know what's going to be done also should be able to be on longte disability now
