Do me a favor,go on and read reviews of the service you provide.I'm paying a lot of money for just internet service and I can't even get help when I need it.Whoever is on a chat ( nevermind calling) Does nothing to help you.They tell you to turn off then on again ( disconnecting you from the chat of course) I spent 18 yrs of my life plugging in and out of Optimum.Help the people,us little folfs spending our very hardly earned money on shoddy service.
