Dear Mr Goei I have been trying to exchange a cable box for an HD Box for my mother who is elderly and disabled. Iâve been on hold for days and for hours. This last call ,which I recorded, today 6/26/2020 I was on hold for a customer service rep for 1 1/2 hours. On previous calls I was lied to consistently (7 calls). The box is in the mail and will get there 7-10 days. Then that a technician will be there today. I canât believe the call scripts instructions are such. He then proceeds to tell me heâs sending me an email and disconnects me. The internet is swamped with complaints. This call center - is not performing itâs Service to your customers - canât blame bad customer service on COVID-19. Please
