Dear Mr Goei I have been trying to exchange a cable box for an HD Box for my mother who is elderly and disabled. I’ve been on hold for days and for hours. This last call ,which I recorded, today 6/26/2020 I was on hold for a customer service rep for 1 1/2 hours. On previous calls I was lied to consistently (7 calls). The box is in the mail and will get there 7-10 days. Then that a technician will be there today. I can’t believe the call scripts instructions are such. He then proceeds to tell me he’s sending me an email and disconnects me. The internet is swamped with complaints. This call center - is not performing it’s Service to your customers - can’t blame bad customer service on COVID-19. Please
