On May 3 2019 the Optimun Store in Oakland, NJ charged me $419.00 in error. Your associates agree that this is the situation, but NO ONE has taken responsibility to reverse that erroneous charge on my account. Thus my account (which I have had for over 25 years) appears to be past due. Your people claim that they have not been given the ability to make a simple decision about reversing the charge. I have now spent hours on the phone with your people and supervisors with no reversal because the situation has been 'expedited' to MANAGEMENT. The inability of your people to make decisions is certainly disappointing and it must be extremely difficult for you to reduce turnover of personnel in your organization. Please deal with my situation as soon as possible.
