Dear sir,

My name is Melisa Tenorio and I was a cablevision internet customer for approximately 4 years. Recently cablevision suspended my account without informing me of doing so even though all bills were paid on time. I rent a room in a house where other room renters live and recently new renters requested service. They were given service but since apparently it is a house only one service can be active. I can understand that. What I can’t understand is why they would give new service and disconnect an existing service that has been active for years with no incident. Are they not supposed to contact me? Are they not supposed to tell the new room renters that an already existing account for a house is active? I paid for a contractual service that was disconnected for no reason. I did contact customer service and would not have bothered you regarding this however I was given the run around and told I would be contacted back several times. That obviously never occurred. This demonstrates horrendous customer service and horrendous service in general. I am asking please that you contact me back for a solution to this. Good business as you know starts with good customer relations. What I have been shown is the absolute opposite. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Sincerely,
Melisa Tenorio
