During this time of Covid I am a nurse that goes to work everyday to help and I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a customer service rep to help me fix my bill.... See my children are home alone while im at work and now they have no internet because I keep getting my service shut off for some 600 dollars that is a huge mistake on your companies part. I only have wifi through your company since December and have paid my bill and now I cant dispute anything because noone picks up to help actually your company hangs up on me saying the lines are all to busy. IM OVER IT!!!! Please reach out ASAP
