Joan Hinkley sent a message to James Dolan that said:

For some time we have tried to clarify our account and the last time we tried it was stated it was taken care of - meaning we are being double billed. CLEARLY NOT SOMETHING WE APPROVE OF NOR WILL TOLERATE. We keep being double billed.
We need to discuss this with a VP of sales and /or marketing as we have tried with your "lower" team and they do not even ask relevant question.
Training required and do not have a supervisor call, as they too need some training. The last person we visited with was Latoya, who really was out to lunch.
