For the past 4 weeks, internet service is down an average of 4-5 hours on most days, which makes working from home rather difficult. You cannot get anyone at customer service, even after 2 hours on hold. What kind of a company do you run? No service, NO customer service, UNLESS....you want to become a customer and THAN someone picks up. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I am going to my local congressman to see if he can do something about your monopoly. Itâs a disgrace
