James Dolan – Good customer service. Direct one-on-one interaction between a consumer making a purchase and a representative

Terry Teague sent a message to James Dolan that said:

Good customer service.
Direct one-on-one interaction between a consumer making a purchase and a representative of the company that is selling it. Most retailers see this direct interaction as a critical factor in ensuring buyer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

Bad Customer Service.
-Putting Customers on Hold for too Long.
-Using Negative Language.
-Transferring Callers Again and Again.
-Asking Customers to Repeat.
-Agents Offer No Empathy
-Directing Customers to the Website
-Rude Behavior and Bad Attitudes

My first 12 years with Optimum service was very good. My last couple of service calls were not good. Just to let you know your service is lousy.
