Good morning - I am reaching out to you because your customers service has not provided any service to my mother ELIZABETH DECKER 8 Robins Lane Southampton NY for two weeks now. She was switching from VERIZON over to you for her WIFI & PHONE she already had your TV - WELL THE TECH THAT FROM LAST WEEK LEFT HER WITH NO PHONE OR WIFI - SHE IS 90 yrs old. After daily calls by her & me there still is no service at her house. Customer service has not helped her at all. If there was an emergency - left with no phone. The service tech that came was short with her & couldn't wait to leave the house. Never checked to see of the service he was to being hooking up worked. SHAME ON HIM. So with that said - do we wait another week? THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE FIX NOW - that is really great customer service having a 90 yr old to be left with no services & your company knows about it and is doing nothing? Optimum should be ashamed of themselves. You are no better the Verizon.
