George Petrakakis sent a message to James Dolan that said:
Good morning Sir:
We have been long standing, loyal residential subscribers to Optimum Cablevision (at different locations)since its inception in NJ.
I have been unable to resolve an extremely important matter at the Customer Service level, and have been told by representatives that a Supervisor can not do anything further either.
I am respectfully asking for your assistance in order to resolve this unfortunate circumstance which occurred without our knowledge.
