It is rather obvious by this correspondence that I am at my last resort, despite numerous attempts to get this matter resolved directly with your staff. I am unable to get a refund of $209.88 for a payment that never should have demanded by your staff, when I returned my Suddenlink cable equipment to your Aubrey, TX office on December 30, 2019.
Your staff told me there was an outstanding balance of $209.88 on my account that I needed to pay that day. (It was the amount due for the January 7, 2020 â February 6, 2020 service since you âCharge in Advanceâ for cable service.) I was not feeling well that day and didnât notice that I was being charged for the future dated January 2020 cable service that I couldnât even use since I returned your equipment when I was in It the office that day.
To date, I have returned to the Aubrey, TX office 3 times to get my refund. Your staff always acknowledge an outstanding amount of $209.88 is due to me. In fact, I understand that case numbers have been submitted by your staff for this refund, including #8729407 but I still have no refund.
I recently lost my job so I can no longer be patient for you to get your books in order. Kindly send me this refund immediately. Two hundred dollars may not mean a lot to you, but it is impossible to get a job right now with this pandemic.
Thank you for your time. I can give you my account number when you respond to this e-mail.
