I am a Suddenlink customer in Tarboro, NC. I am very upset that two of my local channels has been removed from my cable. Thus I am missing a lot of the programs that I enjoy.
In trying to contact and find out what is going on, I can only find an 800 number and NEVER get to someone that understands me and I understand them. They only ask about your account or troubleshoot. Please help me and consider adding a number to speak to someone in the USA.
I am going to have to switch companies in order to see my programs. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and patients.
