I am extremely disappointed in your cable system DVR capability. I can record programs for playback at a later time, but when I try to playback it is an impossible situation. I get a message " There is an issue with your request. Try again later". I have spoken to Alex and Raymond of your tech support team but they have not resolved the problem.. I have another cable box in another room and it works perfectly Why cant I get another cable box to fix this problem? I pay $161 a month and I am not happy!
