Yesterday after finally getting to speak with a representative, he said I could just exchange the cable box for a new one at one of the Optimum stores in zip code 10708. He said we should go to the one located in Mamaroneck, NY. I told him the website indicated they were closed. He asked me to hold on and he would call to confirm. He returned to the call and stated they were DEFINITELY open!
Well we took the ride and guess what....THEY WERE NOT OPENED! Can you or someone from your office provide me with information on how to exchange the cable box. There is no information on your website either. Thank you in advance for your help.
