I am so distraught at the treatment i received by your staff i am sending this email in the hopes that it actually might reach you.
I doubt it will, but on the off chance you do you sir should know how incompetent and unprofessional your customer staff is.
if this does find you I would like to explain what occurred and is still ongoing.
I do hope to hear from you or someone with enough authority to do something. I plan on making it my mission to tell everyone in every way I can including social media and the news and anyone else i can think of to never use your company and if they are currently using your service to find another.
