i have been a customer for over 25 years. I have left messages after messages regarding my bill going up and no one calls me back. After waiting on line for hours (many calls) when i do get to talk to someone each time the story changes. Please reply back to this email with a name and phone number i can contact. this is very frustrating. Your happy to send me the bill and i pay it but then theres a problem with your employees no one there cares.
