I have been a customer of cablevision for 30 years. I have been trying to reach someone who can assist me with lowering my bill. New customers are getting great deals, however faithful customer get to overpay. Unfortunately, I have been left on hold for over an hour three days in a row. I have then left my phone number to receive a return call twice. They were supposed to call me back in about 45 minutes. I did not get a return call either time. Not a good way to treat to loyal customers.
