Weeks of being lied to, jerked around & then finally only to find you they NEVER did what they promised. Never sent! Video recordings of all calls Shameful & you should know your staff are LIARS I ordered a remote on 12/24 5 calls - first, told it was shipped & takes 5 biz days, then next call 5-7 biz days then next call 7-10 & then 10-14 so after 18 days NO pkg & since IM disabled & unable to pick one up days You have the worst programming- play the same movies over & over yet continue to raise you prices???? How do you get away with that? It is a disgrace I have posted all this on social media & over 339 comments agreeing with me This is something you should know as the CEO YOUr works are the worst!!!! (but GOOD liars)
