James Dolan – I turned in my equipment to one of your stores in Conroe, Texas in November

Tina Daugherty sent a message to James Dolan that said:

I turned in my equipment to one of your stores in Conroe, Texas in November. Hadn't had service for over 6 weeks anyway. Oh but definitely billed for service. It is now Jan. 21 and you people are still billing me. LOL, I have moved from the location where the equipment was set up and yet you still haven't figured it out. I will NOT be paying you another dime. I already overpaid you $200 anyway. Unbelievable that you think this is ok. You should be fired for this underhanded, shoddy service.
