Mr. Goei,

I have been a customer of Suddenlink for over 12 years and have been a very satisfied with your services. But I had a problem and a service tech did come out and found the problem was the cable coming into our house. The tech did run a new line into our house and it is laying across my front yard.
That was six weeks ago. After 6 missed appointments to get it buried and 6 times the person on the phone telling me how sorry they are, I am hopping that you could give me a name and phone number of some one that could help me get this cable buried and out of my way.
