I've been trying to get a resolution since December 2019, we had a service call, the tech was nearly 5 hours late, never called to advise. Said, it was a shredded wire and replaced. Immediately after he left, the issue persisted, we had to wait for another tech, the issue was the outside not the inside wire as we were led to believe. We were charged 80 dollars plus tax for a service call. In trying to rectify this, we've made several calls, were not permitted to speak to supervisors, were not given agent id #s, were given bogus names, were promised return phone calls to no avail, were hung up on and treated disrespectfully my optimum phone agents. Our account is current with the exception of the, $80.00 plus tax, they did not resolve the issue, I've spent countless hours trying to get this resolved an am disputing the charge.
