Must complain about the absolutely terrible experience with optimum. There is no one running this company. installed wifi for a month to work from our vacation. service disconnected after a week for no reason. explanation was wires crossed. technician appt made for 4 days later. Guy never turned up and never informed us. hours waiting and hours on the phone getting diff answers. new appointment set for 3 days hence! how is this all possible?
