On April 1, 2020 my cable box died. Contacted Cust Serv and selected robot call back but never received one. Called again April 3rd. This was the height of Corona virus in NYC with the "Stay Home" advisory. Optimum store & city was closed down. As quarantine lifted I returned cable box via Post Office. A new one was installed 8/26/20. Therefore, from 4/1-8/26 I had NO cable service and yet I paid for the service in my monthly bill. I was told I'd receive credit once there was an end date. I keep calling and three times was escalated to a supervisor call back which to date has not happened. It is illegal to charge for services not rendered. I am requesting CREDIT for cable services you did not provide.
