My issue is still open. I had upgraded my service and was told that there was no charge to replace old equipment with new ones. Service guy came in, did lousy job, put my phone 10 feet away from where it was supposed to be and excuse was that he did not have wire to put phone at correct place. Also, he did not tested all TVS and also because of him, one TV was not working with new set up and my ADT Security system became out of work. When bought this to attention to Cust Service, they sent another service man, no charge to me. He came and corrected the issues. To my surprise Optimum charged me $80 for second service call which it was not my problem but it was problem created by Optimum person for not doing the work in a right way and I was told that there is no charge to me as this was problem. created by Optimum technician. It looks like Optimum is robbing people in a day light. This is fraud on part of optimum and needs further actions to save other customers. The Rep who returned my call was good. However, my issue is still open and till it is resolved,
In my home, only one phone line is working and three are not working because of lousy work of your technician. Your technician comes, do not do quality job and then your company charges if we ask your company to correct the problem.
SHAME on you and Executive officers of your company. It is happening under you and you are fully responsible. Stop collecting your salary while your company is providing lousy services. I do not know how the mess created of my 3 phone lines still not working will be corrected!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please stop day light robbery by charging customers for the problem created by Optimum.
