Unfortunately I have to reach out to you regarding this matter. On 5/2/2020 I had a schedule appointment from 2pm-5pm. A technician from Altice contacted me at 10:30 am his number is 929-219-7825 to informed me that he was in my area and if I was ready, unfortunately I told him I was not ready, again I called at 1:30pm and 4:40pm I called him again at 8:30 pm as I proceed to asked why he did not show he just hang up the phone on me. As an essential worker and an online student is very important to have WIFI, currently I am missing out school and work. I have to reschedule for 5/6/2020. Your Technician was rude unprofessional and disrespectful. He needs to be educated on customer relationship.
