We have a commercial account with Suddenlink that services about 1,400 hotel rooms and an entire RV Park. We have had numerous issues with our service that have left our guests without cable in both the hotel and RV Park. We have attempted to speak with numerous individuals to try and fix this matter and only get technicians sent to our property who are not sure about what they are doing and for whom temporarily Band-Aid the issues just to have the system go down a day or so after. The Business Account Executive for our area, Steve Goodman, chooses not to return calls or to respond to emails when we seek his assistance. We do not want to terminate our contract due to this continued breach but unfortunately our hand is being pushed by the lack of concern that the area representatives have for our ongoing issues. If you could please contact me to discuss this matter further, it would be truly appreciated.
