We have NOT heard if any action as been taken to resolve the overcharging of our credit card. Thus it will become necessary to report such to FCC, ASAP. Altice umbrella does not protect you from fraudulent actions involving Sudden Link. I would like to suggest that you extend a free month to us for June for retroactive billing and refund monies that have been overcharged to our credit card immediately.
On May 2, 2020 we were charged for 2 months billing. On June 1, 2020 we were charged for 1 months billing. On July 2, 2020 we have been charged for 2 months billing. Each statement has the box checked "You're enrolled in EZ Pay", yet your organization chose to take advantage of our EZ Pay. I/we find this excessive and note with interest that on the FCC web site Sudden Link has a reputation for doing such. This must STOP and NOW. This excessive billing has happened in the past on our account as well and we have copies of all of our statements. In addition to such Sudden Link has chosen to increase our monthly pricing without notice. This too will be noted to FCC.
