While you make millions off of bad customers services. Your company is very very very bad. And cheating a lot of customers, but I guess as long as you get paid itâs ok. We have been without service for 10 days. All of your employees apparently are little robots saying the same thing. We have no record of your calls even though they have sent 2 techs to fix problem... The pole we are connected to is dead. They took out a metal part and said they needed to send a bucket truck to fix because on pole with transformer. That everyone past us was dead and had no service. Apparently they donât know what that means and if they spoke English might be able to understand. Have you ever bothered to read YOUR customers paying YUOR salary complaints. I have contacted FCC.
