Your customer service has been nothing short of frustrating and dysfunctional. We have tried to resolve billing issues as well as field service, with not one return call. We've been told on several occasions that we would receive a call back and have not. No one seems to know what the heck they are doing. Today I was told that I no longer have service....as I'm sitting here watching TV. Now we have a box that isn't working with no help from your customer service department. PLEASE fix your company!!
