I am reaching out to you because I need your help. I was involved in an accident on July 6,2016 with one of your policy holders Benjamin Phung's son of 17 years of age. It was Ryan Phung's fault in the accident and was sited on the scene. Your claims representative was in contact with me and came to the conclusion that your insurance company would only pay out 70% of the claim. The reason Travis gave me was that if "I were able to slam on my brakes I could have avoided the accident" This statement to me is a travesty. I work very hard for every dollar I earn and am just looking for my vehicle to be fixed without anything out of my pocket. Your policy holder didn't even file a claim leading me to believe he had no intention of doing so! I have lost a lot of time at work and am just looking for appropriate compensation as you could imagine. I would greatly appreciate your help! The police report.
